I agree with you, there are factors other than job position. But if you look at how each is pigeon-holed, it aligns perfectly, I think, with job position (demoted vs. fired vs. kept position).

Off the top of my head, Dana Boente is an exception to that general rule. I mention Boente because he is one of the three DOJ who signed off on the tainted FISA warrant. I'll add, signing off on that may have been part of maintaining ruse.

Oh. As I recall. During poker games, you can chat up until the dealer deals then chat is shut down to avoid cheating. And you only have a certain amount of time to bet, so you can only stall for so long until your hand gets folded. So these gys would have to type quick.
