I’m of the opinion that the ‘jamming of our planes” is being used as an excuse to keep our guys out of the way and allow the isis/cia backed to be mopped up by Russia/Syria.
Likely agreed to prior. We have some significant abilities in this area that would be brought to bear otherwise - from counter jamming to signal hopping to HARMs. since I haven’t heard any of that being brought to bear I think it’s just being used for cover to keep our folks where the President wants us - out of the way - while also fooling the media
