As some of you know, I have sort of a reputation for finding great deals. Anyway, one open "secret" is that Walmart has become very competitive with Amazon. Now, I am not crazy about shopping at Walmart on weekends (and I don't need to tell you what a nightmare that can be) but I have gotten a lot of great deals where I merely walk into the front of the store on weekdays and pick up stuff I ordered online.
Well, right now they have a great deal where you don't even need to go to the store and you get FREE shipping direct to you PLUS $10 off on any order of $35 or over. Just enter SAVINGS10 in the Promo Code at checkout and they will deduct.
So what did I get? Well, I have been using coupons a lot for Tide and Tide Pods and have enough to last me until at least the end of the summer but I wanted enough to definitely last until the end of the year so I ordered TWO 81 count bins of Tide Pods at $19.97 each. After tax was added and the $10 was deducted at checkout the total came to $31.74 including FREE shipping for all 162 Tide Pods. Basically like getting a $5 coupon for each of those bins with FREE shipping so I don't have to actually go to Walmart.
This deal is good for today only I think so if you like it then go to Walmart.Com. If you have an account, great, but if not it is easy to sign up. No cost. This is a great alternative for when the Amazon deals for the same thing is pricier even if you have Amazon Prime which I do.
‘I ordered TWO 81 count bins of Tide Pods’
Good eats!
Are these a nutritional supplement for you?
Im kinda hungry - got any extras to spare?
I hope you got enough for the neighborhood kids ;'}
The funny thing is that when I first got Tide Pods, my wife would cut them open with a knife, pour the liquid in the machine, and throw the rest away. It took some time to convince her to throw the ENTIRE pod in the machine because she was certain the solid part was plastic that doesn’t dissolve.
Stay thirsty, my friend.
We’ve been shopping at Walmart.com for over a year. Love the free shipping for orders over 35.00. Some things like bottled juice I don’t have to lug from the store. FedEx leaves them at my front door. With Amazon I have to drive 3 miles to the post office. Works for me. I never go inside a Walmart.
No need to go to Wal-Mart at all since they have attacked our Second Amendment rights by restricting firearms sales.
Mallomars are out of stock, darn it.
Can’t think of anything else I need. :(
Maybe Comey’s new Book? Naw...
My calculations when like this: The 2 bins I ordered have a total of 162 Tide Pods. Total cost $31.74. When I use coupons on 16 count Tide pods, it is almost always when they are selling for about $5 each (or a bit more) and I use $2 coupon to knock it down to $3 plus change for tax. Multiply that by 10 to get 160 pods and the cost comes out to about what I paid today but now I don’t have the aggravation of doing that deal until about the end of the year with my current stockpile.

...and, a grill meister.
See, I’m paying attention.
I think this all has to do with being very competitive with Amazon.
C’mon - going to walmart is a blast. I love seeing folks shopping in their pajamas..
BTW, I matched up with Walmart Tide Pods deal with Amazon. At Amazon the same quantity of Tide Pods goes for $18.97 per bin and they offer a $3 coupon but only for the first order. So after both bins and the coupon the total comes to $36.74 for both or $5 higher.
‘If you don’t watch what you say I’m going to wash your mouth with a Tide pod.’
I’ve actually seen remnants of the outer shell still intact after a wash cycle was completed though. Can’t stand these things and have a bunch that are sort of melted together. Screw it, maybe I’ll take part in the Tide POD challenge and start eating.
Cool.
Thanks.
They just brought back the weapons/ammo counter last fall near me. I thought they were ok again...
