Teachers have them roll them onto bananas in sixth grade, and they STILL don’t know how to use them!
It is obvious they do not know how to do it...They are supposed to snort it with the banana IN the condom...
People make fun of the false sense of ‘self esteem’ as it’s been cultivated in recent decades; but good sense and wisdom are traits that create authentic self esteem. When you have that, you have self respect, respect for life, and aren’t tempted to play around with silly stuff like this.
I think a lot of young people today actually think very little of themselves where it matters.
I knew a guy who could drink beer through his nose, but this is a new one.
Do they think it protects them from second hand smoke?

Years later he sent me a Gary Larson cartoon with a bunch of hyenas around a kill.

I don't know - I'd be pretty embarrassed if a gal laughed my condom up out of her nose.

Did you get stuck with a knife playing “mumbly peg”? Or - seeing how many goldfish you could swallow? (I never did - the goldfish fad was before my time, and only played mumbly peg a few times - maybe I got stuck? But I think I just thought it was too dangerous.) I was more apt to play with firecrackers, M-80’s and gasoline. Thank God I still have all of my fingers. And eyebrows grow back.
However - all of that did go away by the time I was in Junior High though. So perhaps I was smarter than these goofs doing this stupid stuff in their later teen years.

It’s happened a couple of times to me getting tossed out of a canoe in class III white water.
Too many children today see themselves as the center of the universe and why wouldn’t they? Parents, teachers and everyone around them tells them how great they are, but I have always suspected that in the back of their minds is a nagging suspicion that they are not as great as they have been told.
When they step into the real world and there is no one telling them how great they are, but people who actually expect them to produce and they haven’t a clue how, is the pin that pops that bubble. Which brings us back to your comment that many young people don’t think much of themselves. You are right!

A rotary phone, LOL ancient relic! My kids couldn’t believe that when I was young we had “party-lines!” and the only phone in the house was in the hall.

I was hit by a wave as a kid water up my nose, in my mouth and ears! I hate the ocean to this day!
