Embarrassing!
This ignorance is what we get from a generation raised with no attendance at any church and no religious education
Yeah, any “civilized” person today is expected to understand Islam. And, somewhat similarly, any “civilized” person is expected to be TOTALLY dismissive and ignorant about Christianity.
Dear NPR,
Jesus most assuredly DID die. He was rotting in the grave, not for 72 hours but, until the third day. Then, in demonstrating victory over death, He arose. He gloriously and magnificently arose.
He left the folded grave clothes where His body had lain.
Today is our victory celebration.
There is, THEREFORE, now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
So, Easter isn’t about colorful egg recovery, hollow chocolate bunnies or or spongy little pink chick candies?
Maybe NPR shouldn’t get their omnibus bonus ? Yhink WAPOO would go along with that ?
Obviously NPR practices discriminatory hiring because there’s not a Christian allowed on the staff. Liberals never practice what they preach they just demand you practice it.
Mitt wanted to cut off funding to npr. I wish Trump would.
Easter From Dummies!
by NPR.
Easter the day Christians celebrate Jesus' Resurrection is on Sunday.

An earlier version of this post incorrectly described Easter as "the day celebrating the idea that Jesus did not die and go to hell or purgatory or anywhere at all, but rather arose into heaven."

Everyone here is missing the truly shocking thing - That WaPo is calling out NPR for this egregious reporting, without any of the customary sympathetic reporting justifying NPR’s fumble...
Seriously doubt there are any practicing Christians on the NPR staff.
