Also, why does any woman not playing a baseball game NEED a bat anyway? Common sense sporting goods laws ought to assure that anyone buying a bat is really registered with an approved league.

From what I’ve seen elsewhere the white chick isn’t much better than the black girls. She’s been arrested before for reckless driving and DUI.

We just had something like this get resolved in court here in KY.

Man A starts road rage attack against man B.

A follows B into a parking lot, yelling at him.
B pulls a baseball bat out of his car and proceeds to car with man A in it. He strikes the car with the bat. Man A pulls his hand gun and shoots man B dead.

Man A is accused of murder and is tried in court.
Man A is found not guilty because once the other guy ramped it up and actually damaged his car (window and post, I believe), man A reasonably felt at risk of serous bodily harm.

In kentucky, if a reasonable person believes they are at risk of receiving serious bodily harm, they have the legal right to use deadly force to defend them self, even if they started the “verbal attack” phase.

It's why I carry. Not that I make a habit of cutting others off. Actually, I avoid trying to piss off anyone cause you never know what they'll do, but if they do and I pull my glock, I bet they don't swing a bat at me.
