“Just so grand that we have all 3 branches of government?”

It really is comical. I have long thought that Republicans really don’t like to be in the majority. From the end of WWII to 1994, the Dems owned the House. Republicans, by necessity, had to learn how to work with the Dems and every now and then they would get a crumb.

Now, when Dems are in power, they rule with an iron fist and get things done.

“If you want to get mad at someone get mad at Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell. This is their turd.”

They are certainly no friend to conservatives, but this is Trump’s baby now by putting his pen to it.

He should have vetoed. Congress likely had the numbers to overturn his veto. He would still have gotten his military money but wouldn’t be on the books voting for $500 million more for Planned Parenthood, etc.

“Trump sold us out. Cruz would not have done this”

I really don’t think he has sold us out. I wasn’t a Trumpster at the start but I think things will turn around. Crimes are being exposed daily and Normie Americans are starting to wake up at an alarming rate much to the dismay of the radical left as is evident in their obvious desperation of late. We are facing a behemoth of evil and perversion and we have to remain strong.

Sure, Trump should be shamed for signing that turkey, but it’s not like he had a choice. His hands were tied thanks to Ryan and McConnell. The answer here is to fire both those sonsofb*tches.l.

Trump has to get along with congress critters and avoid becoming mortal enemy. Otherwise none of the Trump agenda will ever pass because 95% of congress critters (all democrats + most republicans) are against it.

They want more cheap workers coming, and a wall can stop half of that, so no wall.

They want no restrictions on trade deficits. They want “free” trade. They prefer manufacturing plants along with those middle class jobs moved to cheaper labor countries. Actually their real masters, the handful mega-donors order them to vote that way.

They never like taking benefits away from voters. That is why they killed repeal of Obamacare.

Trump sold us out. Cruz would not have done this

Cruz is irrelevant here. He could not even beat Trump in REPUBLICAN primary. Hillary would have easily beat Cruz in a Landslide in General Election. Which makes your opinion irrelevant.

Federal Fiscal year ends every September 30th. A new bill can be introduced effective October 1st for next year’s funding. When I worked for an outfit dependent on federal money, we never had a 3 year funding approval without any chance of changes.

Hey! Concern troll snowflake.......take a breath - it was the RINOs in the Congress that tried to set him up. They are as never Trump as anyone - even some of the idiots on FR - and wanted him to veto this monstrosity because then they could join the Dems in saying they gave the military what they needed and more but Trump doesn't really care about that.

He laid it on the line with the special press brief and threw down a gauntlet putting it on the RINOs to either do their job or prove they are aligned with the Dems - to anyone who was paying attention....concede a battle to win the war - unless all the idiot soldiers go AWOL and help the enemies.
