Just hoping that Rick doesn’t go all space cadet as he did after Lori died and start seeing Carl everywhere. Personally I find Rick one of the less interesting characters, although I do get amused watching him hold his gun in a dropped wrist position.

I’lll be watching later on demand to skip the commercials, I despise commercials during an intense series like this one, it’s so jarring to be immersed in an episode and then have to endure seeming endless insipid ads for cars or the next best butter spread or whatever.
It was shocking about Carl. Can there ever be any hope for any kind of mission to find a “cure” for the plague? Like the season with that Elvis looking doctor guy (can’t remember the character name)? I realize they can’t actually cure the scourge or else the show is over but at least something more to hope for. Either that or perhaps a search for a weapon that would dominate any zombie herd that might come around.
Or just bash Negan’s head in. I’ll be happy with that (for now).
That is about the only type of character TWD hasn’t introduced.
They have or have had black, white, Asian (Glenn), LBGT (Tara, Jesus),
Muslim (Sidiq) and probably more that I can’t think of.
Would not be surprised if a transgender is introduced too.
What’s ridiculous about Carl as well as Michonne and Daryl is that they walk around with ridiculously long hair. If I got dead people trying to bite my throat out as well as lunatics trying to kill me every two seconds, maybe having long hair that they can grab on to is not the brightest idea in the world.

Had not thought about that. Young and idealistic. You would have thought everything he had seen to this point would have enlightened him a bit more. Negan is all about totalitarian control. Do as I say, when I say, how I say. I should be an interesting finish to the season. I lost interest over the last couple seasons.
I am a big TWD fan but it has slipped considerable and dare I say anything about the shark? They killed off many favorites and the plots have become predictable and stale at times. It needs some new energy to not be finished within a few seasons. Conversely, game of Thrones has done it very well as did breaking Bad. That’s my unsolicited opinion which can be considered BS to some. Who cares lol.

Me too, too even think we all watched Chandler Riggs grow up before us & watch his character grow from a brat & having a girlfriend. Was hoping to watch him get married; have kids among the world of walkers. Settle down & get a steady job like a walker eliminator, but that will never be.
