A Man and his Dog
Posted on 02/15/2018 6:18:07 PM PST by savedbygrace
Every morning, at 6am, Bones would nudge his owner, John, on the hand or nose, whatever was closest to the edge of the bed, to wake him up. John would get his wits about him, roll out of bed, and take Bones for a walk.
This same routine happened every morning. For years.
Then one day, Bones passed away, after a long and happy life.
The next morning, right at 6am, John woke up and glanced at the clock. Slowly, he turned over, hugging his wife, and nuzzled her neck seductively.
With his mouth close to her ear, he whispered, Wanna go for a walk?

“A man and his dog” immediately reminded me of “A boy and his dog”. Kind of how turds remind of Democrats.

OK, I looked it up. I see it’s a sci-fi film. That’s why I didn’t recognize it. I watch very few sci-fi films.
