"The brave women of Fort Collins, who for years have been struggling against the cruel oppression of breasts imprisoned in clothing, were cheered when last February U.S. District Judge R. Brooke Jackson agreed with them. The law, said the judge, is based on gender discrimination, and violates the Fourteenth Amendments guarantee of the equal protection of the laws.

U.S. District Judge R. Brooke Jackson rules “let it all hang out”.
Do we not have “Equal rights under the law”, when would it be against the law for males or females to parade without ANY clothes? “OK folks, the judge says its also legal to remove ALL your clothing”.
This country is completely lost until we reign in the fool so called judges. “Lost” I tell you, LOST!

Been to some European beaches. Some of the woman in bikinis and most of the men in speedo’s shouldn’t be. Top it off their white socks and sandals. Face palm.
There were 2 nude people at a beach in Germany I was at. My kids. 2 and 4 at the time. (and they were not wearing socks and sandals!)

So Im confused. All you seem to hear about on the lame stream media is stop the sexual harassment but on the other hand look...here are our boobs. If a man looks, it will be treated as sexual harassment. Bet on it.

Whats going to happen when legions of smartphones are used to record photos and videos of said exposed breasts? Good point. The same thing that will happen when men are photographed with their shirts off. Equal protection was the basis of this ruling, so there you are.

The problem is....those who should, don’t. The ones who shouldn’t do.
You want to tell them to roll them up and put them away before someone gets hurt.

“Federal Judge Rules Its Unconstitutional To Forbid Women Going Topless In Public”
While I disagree with the ruling, the judge did not rule as the headline would lead one to believe.
The judge ruled that the laws for women and men must be the same.
Laws that prohibit men and women from going topless would still be enforceable, even under this ruling.
Now how our swimming pools, beaches, and water parks supposed to respond?
Men and boys have been swimming without tops for many decades. If this ruling stands, it would not simply mean that women are going topless, but also girls of all ages.

I lived in pre-Islamic Germany where many people walked entirely naked in the city center. The initial shock lasts a half hour. After that nobody cares really. Seen all the naked women young to old.
Nobody cares. That is the reality.
Maybe it was part of Germany’s downfall, but nobody cares.

Gender replaced sex when the Marxist feminazis and postmodern perverts found that the use of the word sex undermined their intentions. They sought to sabotage male-female relations, and the mere mention of the word sex defeated their efforts. Because nobody really givens a sweet sh*t about gender but everyone loves sex. And thats all there is to it. Really.
