If so, that would be highly suspicious and possibly actionable, civil or otherwise. Such unproven domestic accusations are not grounds for reporting negatives from background checks against employees or military personnel.

There’s a woman at Fox News who’s in charge of investigating abuses of offices against Trump. Can’t remember her name, offhand, because I don’t watch much TV and have only watched some of the videos from Fox News.

She tends to work for the men and women who do most of the reporting, but she has appeared a time or two. She would be the one to get a message to about the consideration that you brought up.

What is happening out there with the process of determining a case?

The process used to include “innocent until proven guilty”. Now, actresses, women of means, ex-wives can start a movement to accuse men of abuse, years later, and it is auto-guilt and the case is closed.

We are certain some men are guilty and possibly their dastardly behavior can not be proven. But, in order to avoid mistakenly persecuting and prosecuting even one innocent, it used to matter so greatly that the PROCESS of law required proof.

This brings up “circumstantial evidence”, which wins some cases alright, but how about slander. These guys need to fight back and sue these broads if they are innocent.

How else does this ME TOO movement ever get slowed. This monster is ruining lives, careers and families, simply by women howling and pointing fingers, in some cases well after the Statute of Limitations has passed.

This speechwriter is going to go down in a rush to judgment and he may well be a victim of domestic abuse himself. He has no track record, but I’m wondering if this second wife does.
