What is Dershowitz going to say? That the great and powerful constitutional genius let a 16 year old sex slave seduce him against his will? And repeated this over 6 times? In multiple states of the union, overseas, and in the air?

One thing, among others, he has in common with Bill Clinton, is that the leftists take his word as gospel when he denies.

I have been in Virginia’s position and I believe her. Epstein, besides being a perv himself, was working on commission for getting important people, um, lets say, ‘indebted.’ How convenient to get even your attorney deeply passionate about making sure you don’t get too punished. I mean, Epstein picked a pretty good attorney, right? And even unhandsome constitutional experts have penises, right?

He filed suit. That means discovery. Not something you do if you're lying and you're smart. I believe I saw that Dershowitz said he could prove he was elsewhere when these supposed trysts were to have taken place.

I really have no particular love for Dershowitz. Up until a few months ago, the only thing I might have agreed with him on was Israel and even there I think he has been wrong at least once.

I'm thinking your personal experience clouds your judgment here.

Mos def.

I’d use the words ‘significantly affects’ rather than clouds.

As a 16 year old I too was alone with different powerful men and some were perfectly decent human beings, while some that you would least expect, truly, were beastly.

Another thing affecting my judgment here: motivation to lie. Dersh has it. In her depo, what Virginia spelled out about what she knew was so specific and she was never salacious or told dirt on everyone. She admitted that she had seen President Clinton on Pedo Island but only at the dinner table, not doing anything untoward. She is believable and had no reason to lie. Of course Dersh has to go for it, assuming no one is going to pursue him in today’s situation. But things might change, and he knows the truth. And the right of center now is loving him. Good protection for him.

How about treating it like any other possible federal crime and send the evidence to a federal grand jury . . . say in Kansas?
