The executive order does not specify that the crimes or arrests had to occur post the issuing of the EO. In fact, the 13 listed individuals' crimes had all occurred prior to the EO. Ergo, the others who had conspired in previous crimes associated with their crimes or other crimes, no matter when they may have occurred are covered by the order.

Sorry if I sounded snarky - it just doesn’t add up. People privy to classified Intel don’t mouth off on social media unless they a) have permission to share something, or b) they are a whistleblower, in which case they want to expose it - if the goal is to expose something, you need details, not vagueness.
Q has addressed that. . . and according to him, they are OK with it. Flynn is, as Q puts it, a willing sacrifice of distraction. . . the inclusion of some D nasties in the Mueller team allows the Trump people to use THEM.
At least one of the indicted were apparently plants from the Deep State. . . I gather that Papadopoulos may have been one of those. Q also hinted that Manafort may have ties into the problem people and that may have been why he was let go and replaced by Kellyanne Conway which may be why he's been indicted for the issues now.

I think Trump is doing it just fine - people are going to be very surprised and impressed as time goes by, and he’s even providing status reports that the MSM won’t report via alternative media.
All he needs from us is continued support and lots of votes. The biggest mistake we could make is failing to vote for Republicans in the midterms because we want to punish disloyal RINOs.
But we should resist that temptation to punish them and take our cues from POTUS. He’ll tell us what to do - if he says please vote for [XXXXX] we should just do it - no questions asked! We need to build those majorities in the Senate and House - and governorships too. Then in 2020 let’s give l him a landslide like never before.
I hate RINOs too, but if Trump asks for it, I say we should give it to him - he deserves it!
Here is my point.
Laws are only bits of ink on paper. Judges rewrite laws on a whim daily, and most are ignored by the powerful.
Laws ONLY matter if you have the means to enforce them on those who break them.
Sending in the Marines to arrest the FBI would set up shockwaves. At best, the officers would refuse the order (Find a JAG to sign off on that one!). If not, a judge would order the arrest of anyone involved in under 24 hours.
Laws, as most conservatives understand them, do not apply to certain groups. Hillary admitted to an offense that would land a typical person in federal prison, but nothing was done.
Going the judicial route will not result in anything. Trump knows this. Rather than arrest the FBI, shame them. Reduce their privilege and prestige. Belittle them.
Only then can you move against them via the law. They have to be shown to be a bunch of idiotic, clumsy, madmen before anything can be done.
