I don't know that he (Q) is making that reference. Trump calls quite a few people "dopey." It just fits with open news about Alaweed (my phoenetic impression) being released. Somebody on the Q research board posted an image of the Trump tweet, and i used google to get a link to the exact tweet. Not rocket science. I don't trust images, so look for the original source (some of the time - didn't for the above tweet).
