I take most of that as a general claim that the press-planned narrative will be adjusted, and public perception (as expressed by the press) is going to deviate from "Russian collusion" (by Trump), and "obstruction" (by Trump) to something else.

I suspect you know Mockingbird was a CIA program that managed US press narrative to mislead the public. It was a complete success - still is, but probably not under a code name anymore.
