Since it says in the article that the FBI thinks the Memo is unfounded in part then they must know what is in it. If they already know what is in it then why do they need to review it. I say the FBI elites are corrupt and the Congress should be smart enough to tell them to buzz off and that goes for that establishment plant Sessions also.
