Jack Dorsey has been in the news in the days leading up to this Q drop. I read about his when Project Veritas (James O'Keefe) started taunting Jack about an expose they had filmed using undercover operatives. Veritas videos re Dorsey record his employees describing exactly how conservative voices and engagement were methodically suppressed, how personal information (e.g., intimate photographs) is harvested (even private "Direct Messages") and reviewed by massive teams at Twitter made up of 300-400 employees.
Q drops #561, #391 & #153 all include the question:

Twitter has been exposed "shadow banning conservatives", harvesting and selling user's information, and serving as the mouthpiece of the CIA. I can see why many believe the "Jack" in Q drop #595 is likely to be Jack Dorsey. The man was the mouthpiece for the deep state. I've read that Silicon Valley is essentially a CIA intelligence gathering operation. Twitter's treasonous behavior certainly supports that theory.

For example, this statement may be worded too strongly as I relay my opinion without qualifying that the CIA portion of this assertion has not been substantiated in court (the other two assertions are in the public sphere):

What do you guys think about making a wager on Free Republic?
We make a list of specific predictions the Q made, like Snowden will reappear on the scene, very damaging videos of the Democrats start coming out, etc. If these predictions do not come up, we have to apologize and claim that we are just tin hat-wearing kooks.
If these predictions do come true, then the deniers have to apologize to us and to admit the are easily manipulated followers of Anderson Cooper.
