That's the part I really don't understand. Why would any doctor with any integrity at all agree to perform this procedure?

The real tragedy is that there are surgeons willing to do such operations. I thought physicians were supposed to live by the principle, “First, do no harm.” Pretty much blows that notion out of the water.
My daughter has lots of Barbie and some Ken dolls. I’ve noticed... uh.. um.. I am aware of, well... let’s just say these dolls are not entirely... anatomically correct. Judging by this guy removing 4 ribs and his facial expression, I’d put a hondo on this guy being very confused when choosing a public restroom.

The “doctor” who performed the procedure is guilty of medical malpractice, and must be prevented from any further “practice” of “medicine.”
A little plain old weight loss would have left him looking much better than all his “work” has.
