On Saturday evening’s edition of FNC’s “Justice with Judge Jeanine,” former Westchester County, NY District Attorney and judge Jeanine Pirro asked one of her guests whether or not he had “ever seen a ‘long-form,'” undoubtedly referring to the “long-form birth certificate” of former White House occupant Barack Hussein Obama.
Pirro’s two guests for the segment, former Secret Service agent and former Republican Maryland congressional candidate Dan Bongino and former Bill Clinton staffer and current Democratic strategist David Goodfriend, were discussing the captioned “economic successes” of Trump’s first year in office when Goodfriend attempted to make the case that President Trump was “bonkers” for claiming that his Oval Office predecessor “was never a citizen.”
Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the Constitution requires that the president be a “natural born Citizen,” which most Americans interpret to mean, at a minimum, “born in the United States.” During Obama’s 2007-2008 presidential campaign, credible news reports stated his birthplace as Indonesia and Kenya, some of which were later altered to say that Obama was “born in Hawaii,” as he claims.
At 5:19 in the video clip from the show, Pirro vehemently but possibly unwittingly opened the line of conversation by telling Goodfriend that she thought it was “bonkers” that Obama had called Trump a “quasi-Adolph Hitler” in a speech in Chicago last month.
At 5:28, Goodfriend responded, “It’s almost as ‘bonkers’ as Donald Trump saying that Obama was never a citizen,” referencing Trump’s 2011 public demands for the Obama White House to release his “long-form,” or more detailed, birth certificate to prove his eligibility to serve as president and re-seek the office in 2012.
As has often been the case, Goodfriend conflated the term “citizen” with “natural born Citizen,” a distinction set forth in the Constitution only for the nation’s chief executive.

Pursuant to Section 301(a)(7) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of June 27, 1952, 66 Stat. 163, 235, 8 U.S.C. §1401(b), Matter of S-F- and G-, 2 I & N Dec. 182 (B.I. A.) approved (Att'y Gen. 1944), the federal statute in effect at that time, the candidate could not acquire American citizenship, because he was born out of the country and only one parent was an American, and she was disqualified under the Act because she did not have five continuous years of residency following her fourteenth birthday before the child was born, as she was only 18. Sen. Obama could not have become an American citizen except through a naturalization process at the time of his birth.

The birth announcements are a whole ‘nother story. Signs of forgery all over the place.
And actually, the very fact that wikileaks was the source of the first image of the Advertiser announcement, when Wikileaks claims to expose non-published work, should tell people something.
I had a librarian tell me that there is no way we can authenticate the microfilm copy in her library. And that would only be the case if somebody monkeyed with that specific microfilm copy.
I saw it! I laughed!
She would have been taking a chance at FOXNews mocking the LFBC like that a while back. She is a good friend of Trump, from way back, IIRC, so maybe she knows Trump still considers this a “live” issue.
Thanks. I saw the clip on FR, twice, months or longer apart, around 2007, and now it simply has been scrubbed from the internet. I remember they were sitting around the same table. I don’t think Obama said “That’s ok” at the beginning of his response, though. I think there was no admission on his part other than “we are talking about the senate, not the presidency.” It was no smoking gun. And it was in the time when he was pretending he was born in Kenya to a real African father, for cool black brownie points. He had no father, just a sperm donor, and he was born in Canada.
It feels good to find this, thanks for showing it to me. I wish we could still find that debate but the Obama-ites really went to the end of al gore’s internets to get rid of it.
Thank you. I was really busy this afternoon and didn’t have the time to dig. I couldn’t remember the specifics about the law at the time and I was going to look this up when I got home a few minutes ago, but you saved me from having to do so.
The bottom line is that there is no way that Obastard was a citizen in any way shape or form under the law in place at the time he was downloaded.
No paper edition of that so-called announcement has ever been found. And...The microfilm image has signs of forgery.
By the way, our town newspaper prints out of town birth announcements all the time. It’s a common practice.

What does it tell, please? I haven't followed this aspect of Obama’s eligibility.
The Advertiser was a published work. There would be no need to “leak” a page from a printed newspaper that had Obama’s name in it if that page had been readily-available for 50 years. According to Wikileaks’ terms it must thereofore have been a government-created document, and very sloppy as it still had marks left from the C&P-ing while being otherwise ridiculously clean.
The Advertiser office listened to the immediate suspicions that were aroused and got rid of the C&P marks, added some “scratches”, and put a very, very blurry replica of it in Will Hoover’s article immediately after the election.
There are signs of microfilms being changed out at various libraries, and a couple of EXTREMELY ODD phenomena at 2 different libraries - one of which was such that the librarian accurately told me that the microfilm in their library could not be verified as authentic.
The genuineness of the birth announcement in those papers is extremely questionable.
