....A judge Monday threw out criminal charges against Nevada cattleman Cliven Bundy, his two sons and a co-defendant in their 2014 standoff with federal agents, citing "flagrant misconduct" by prosecutors and the FBI in not disclosing evidence before and during trial.
"The government's conduct in this case was indeed outrageous," said US District Judge Gloria M. Navarro. "There has been flagrant misconduct, substantial prejudice and no lesser remedy is sufficient."
The judge issued her ruling before a packed courtroom with nearly 100 spectators inside and more than a dozen others waiting outside.....
The dismissal with prejudice, meaning prosecutors can't seek a new trial, marked an embarrassing nadir for the government, which now has failed to convict the Bundys in two major federal cases stemming from separate armed standoffs.......
Cliven Bundy called himself a "political prisoner" and said his argument lies with local authorities...
...."I raised my cattle only on Clark County, Nevada land and I have no contact with the federal government. This court has no jurisdiction and authority over this matter."
The Bundy patriarch said Nevada's governor, Clark County, Nevada commissioners and the sheriff were "aiders and abettors" and "terrorists" for failing to protect his family's rights and liberties......
Prosecutors and the lead FBI agents in the case sat listening to the judge's ruling. They didn't make any statements in court.
Later, Nevada's interim US Attorney Dayle Elieson, released a short statement, saying, "We respect the court's ruling and will make a determination about the next appropriate steps."
The government may appeal the dismissal. The prosecution team in recent weeks added a new assistant US attorney, Elizabeth White, the chief appellate lawyer in the Nevada US Attorney's Office. Attorney General Jeff Sessions also sent an evidence discovery expert to the federal prosecutors' office in Las Vegas to review.....

Ironically, DeLemus is at the Devens federal prison in Massachusetts where they sent Anthony Weiner to do a lot less time (21 to 27 months) with Jerry doing 87 months.
Then there’s Oregon courts...
I DIDN’T KNOW WEINER GOT TIME!!
I’m so out of the loop. Is he still in there?
And it should have been 5 to 10 years.
They made him do some real time, but just 21 to 27 months.
So when does Cliven Bundy, his two sons and a co-defendant go FREE?
Cliven Bundy made it back to Bundy Ranch today.

Lots of grandchildren in this video.......
Just the other day I listened to a woman , young mother, tell her story of how she was pulled over in NJ. As a PA resident she had a conceal carry so she told the cop. She was arrested in jail for 30 days. She was offered a plea bargain to ONLY receive a sentence of 3 years! Insane! She rejected it and I believe won. Now an advocate for the CC reciprocity legislation.
For the Bundy’s its freedom now........
For Ryan Payne, he has a hearing by phone with Oregon US District Judge Anna J. Brown tomorrow as he’s on pre-trial release with the GPS monitor. Payne is awaiting sentencing in connection with his conviction in a second rigged trial of lesser figures in the Oregon Standoff.
This case was an overreach by the Obama Bureau Of Land Management. By the time the Justice Department became involved they were in full CYA mode, and they wanted to dissappear the citizens who knew what they had been up to into the prison system.
The Leftists comments on Oregonlive.com are the gnashing of teeth.
They think they have a victory.
Jonathan Greenblatt, chief executive officer of the Anti-Defamation League, decried the government's mistakes and also predicted similar confrontations in the future.
"This case represented the last opportunity for justice in this case of extremists who had organized in armed opposition to the government,'' he said.
So what’s the ADL’s angle in this case, other than more drilling holes in the bottom of America’s boat?
I HAVE to get out of here and move to PA.
The wife works in NYC and won’t move.
I’m 49. She might have to come meet me there in 16 years when she retires.
As for gun ownership, I cannot comment.
It’s just an amendment, that’s all.
NY doesn’t care about amendments they don’t like. Neither does NJ.
Poor woman. 30 days in jail sucks. Hell, a weekend in jail sucks!
Can anyone correct me?
Was this a deal Reid wanted these folks off the land cause he had promised some solar crap ass company the land cheep and he was to get a kickback?
Get these farmers off the land?
Jeff Sessions actually praised the prosecution team on the Bundy trial, some months ago.
What say you now, Jeff?
Drain the Swamp at BLM & DOJ
Another feather plucked from 0bamas legacy cap.
No. Sessions is not a mole.
“No. Sessions is not a mole.”
How do you know that? Whether or not he’s completely unsuited for the job, and if he had a modicum of patriotism, he’d exit today.
