how do I activate this bodily function?

...” If the body weight tends to increase, a signal is sent to the brain to decrease food intake and keep the body weight constant.”

it has not been working at all for me ..where’s the damned ON switch?

My built in scale is my lower back and my left knee. If I’ve put on ten pounds or more they ache like hell, time to cut the carbs and get back below 200. I personally feel better overall at around 190 but friends and family asking me if I’m feeling OK gets old, apparently I look a little gaunt at that weight. I’m 6’1”.

Signal isn't getting through in my case.

As usual it’s just apparently about rats.

I get we’re all mammals but there are extremely significant differences between rats and people.

The weight of the body is registered in the lower extremities

Cankles internal scale must be pegged out, but no one is listening.
