Yeah. On the bright side she apparently went through child birth without any discomfort what so ever.
So she had that going for her.
BTW, original story, it was a bit of flax stuck to her finger that was keeping her asleep. Kid sucked it off.

I suppose there’s a whole passel of “politically correct oppressed victim studies” that are in competition for the title of Most Useless.

This coming from one from one of the more perverted societies on the planet. Huh? Women "falling in love" with monstrous octopus creatures from outer space isn't normal???

Well, the octopus does have eight prehensile arms, so I can see the appeal by the ladies.

I thought the Prince was just performing mouth to mouth in order to save her life! Did he do chest compressions too? 😀😆😁

From Wikipedia:
“Unwilling to bury her out of sight in the ground, they instead place her in a glass coffin trimmed with gold in a clearing in the forest.... A year later, a prince...learns of her eternal sleep and visits her coffin. Saddened by her apparent death, he kisses her, which breaks the spell and awakens her.”
The prince kissed a dead body. Ewww...! Creeps me out to this day.

Used to be, to get into college for anything (BA,MA, PhD), you had to submit character references.
So we now see what happens since this requirement was done away with. It allows the insane, retarded and emotionally unstable to be placed in positions of authority over students.
These so-called professors belong in straight jackets.

I disagree.
What used to be the dream of all little girls - rescue from a terrible fate by true love expressed in a chaste kiss - is now considered sexual assault under the #metoo dogma.

Under current standards, kissing a sleeping woman is considered sexual assault. The prof is actually right, under the twisted standards of today.

Holy Toledo......
Back in my dating days, I kissed women goodnight.
I never asked permission. I just did it. I kissed them on the lips.
Some were enthusiastic about it, some were not into it, but the point is, I never asked permission. I just leaned in and did the deed.
Clearly I’m guilty. Send me to jail now.

Rush Limbaugh calls stuff like this “Illustrating absurdity by being absurd”.
And it IS definitely absurd.
