In the Saturday letter, Mr. Langhofer said that a lawyer with the General Services Administration, a federal agency that helped set up the transition office, acknowledged in June that the Trump transition organization owned and controlled the emails, and that “GSA had no right to access or control the records.”
Mr. Langhofer’s letter cited a Justice Department document from 1988 that found that presidential transition teams “are not federal agencies” subject to the federal Freedom of Information Act as well as a 1983 case that found transition documents were “personal records” rather than “agency records.”

the problem seems to be associated with whoever took over GSA after richard beckler went to the hospital in august, but also with emily murphy who took over GSA in early december replacing richard beckler. whoever the other person is might be ascertained by a telephone call to the GSA (?).
It is unfortunate that Trump apparently appointed so many deep state moles to positions of power from which they could later screw him.

There is only one possible conclusion that a reasonable persona could make.
Mueller wanted illegal access to privileged communications and he wanted to obtain the emails secretly so his team could ambush Trump Transition Team members with obscure questions rooted the in emails that would cause transition members to mistakenly answer incorrectly and face charges of “Lying to the FBI (or special Prosecutor )”
Using an ambush interview with questions drawn from illegally obtained via FISA unmasking is exactly what McCabe and Strzok did to Gen Flynn and they were trying to manufacture similar charges against other Trump Team members.
Once they had Trump Transition Team members nailed with faked Lying to Mueller , they could squeeze them to produce negative or even false testimony under threat of financial and career destruction. .
Why would Mueller care what he does? He’s like the King of America that can just do anything he wants.
It appears that there is no “there” there with Muller’s investigation. So he is now openly trying to provoke Trump into firing him so that Eric Holder & Co. can gin-up the street protests.

I suspect that Mueller is not as concerned with legal niceties as he is with generating a political outcome in congress.
Mueller’s goal (colluding with dems and the msm), is impeachment, not prosecution. So he doesn’t care if any evidence gets thrown out. He is therefore free to break all the rules. It’s not like Sessions or Rosenstein will fire him.
He’s both dirty and fireproof. And needs a serious beatdown.
They were blinded by their Trump hatred. No need for DJT to fire Mueller. Mueller and Andrew Weissmann and their swampers are firing themselves. Let’s hope and pray this happens. MAGA!
