Kiss’ Gene Simmons Sued for Sexual Battery by Unidentified Radio Personality

Gene Simmons is being sued by a woman who says the Kiss bassist groped her and made “unwanted, unwarranted sexual advances” during an interview she conducted last month, according to legal documents obtained by TheWrap.
The radio and television broadcaster (identified as “Jane Doe”) is suing for sexual battery, gender violence, battery and assault.

So he’s guilty of any claim, simply because he’s bragged? I’m a 70 year old woman, and I know many men brag...about everything, whether it happened or not. It’s in their nature to do so.

Maybe for a corporation, they’ve got the bottom line “our lawyers cost more than the lawsuit” to worry about. Not for an individual. For folks like Simmons and Cosby and Weinstein it’s all about protecting the public record.

And that’s one scalp that liberals definitely want. Meh. Let them have his scalp, as far as I am concerned. I'm not in the business of defending people who have sex with underage girls & then write a song about it. Or people who become the legal guardian of a 17-year-old for the purpose of having sex with them. Nugent is scum. I've never understood people embracing him just because of his political views.

It was his and Paul Stanley’s restaurant, not just “a” restaurant. This incident occurred on November 1st, so why are we just hearing about it now? And why is she being referred to as Jane Doe? Doesn’t have the balls to reveal her own identity?
