A man walking his dog on a British Columbia beach this week made a grisly discovery: A foot in a shoe, along with part of a lower leg. Adding to the mystery is that it is the 13th foot to wash up on the Canadian province's coastline over the past decade.
"Our early analysis suggests these are human remains and we will do further investigation and testing ... in the coming weeks," said Andy Watson, a spokesman for the BC Coroners Service, about the Thursday discovery. The remains included a tibia and fibula.
The Coroners Service said all previous 12 feet were human. The service identified eight of them and determined they belonged to six individuals.
No foul play was involved in those cases, according to the Coroners Service, though it did not say how it arrived at that conclusion.

Serial killer since many belong to people who went missing.
We’re going to have to get a bigger boat.
Well obviously someone isn’t toeing the line.
It has been a few years since I researched this.
But I do find their explanation a bit too pat. For some, sure. But for every case?
My guess is that they are sailors washed off ships.
My parents used to own property on a lake. The area where their beachfront was located the currents in the large lake would wash up drowning victims. About one every five to ten years. Some places are just “lucky.”
They jump off a Bridge(Suicide) and that’s what floats ashore after the Sea Beasties are finished ,D’oh
Maybe the Trudeau family has its own version of Arkancides.
Shouldve asked for dog kennels.
Cruise ships?
Looking at the map there are many cruise ships in the area.
With DNA they can determine race and what area of the world the person’s ancestors came from.
I think you mean this story has legs, except that...
Sharkagator....................
Sixty-Feet Wide.
You’re right. I have read all of his Missing 411 books and listened to his interviews on Youtube. Something very strange going on out there.
Holmes: “Hurry, Watson, the game’s afoot”.
Watson: “And the foot is a bit gamey too, Holmes”.

I'm thinking these feet came from inland and washed down through tributaries. If those are the actual shoes, they are mostly jogging or hiking shoes in the pics. Not typical boating or fishing footwear and definitely not hunters. Also, the quality of the running shoes may help determine if the victims were suicide or homicide. Higher quality and price, victim not likely to commit suicide? Don't know. One case alone may not be able to determine that. But with 7 or more cases, I'm thinking experts may see a pattern begin to emerge.
If in one general area, it might suggest a bear picked up a taste for lone joggers. However, spread out as they are, more likely scenario would be serial killings.
One would assume that a close examination of the bones in the detachment area would determine if they were cut off, bit off or if they simply fell off over an extended period of submersion time.
My guess is a homosexual serial killer. Didn't Dahmer prey on homosexuals?
I know, there was a female in there but that could be a fluke.....or maybe not.
They better run run run run run run run away, but they now they can’t.
What if the Hokey Pokey really IS what it’s all about?
