Year after year, this “unbiased” committee does whatever it takes to get Alabama, Oklahoma and Ohio State into the playoff. The only question is if the fourth team will be Georgia or Clemson.
I'm a big Alabama fan and I'm not real sure we belong in the play-offs either.

Auburn didn’t do Bama any favors today.
SEC football fans are like ACC basketball fans. Every year they believe 11 of their teams deserve to be in Top 10.
Either way you look at it...they didn’t win their division or conference and lost badly to a team that got creamed in the championship game
Auburn would have caused some real trouble if they won today. It’s hard to justify a team with two losses among the four playoff teams.
The ACC is not a power conference in football. They have Clemson, and sometimes FSU. The rest of the teams stink in football and have for years.
That would help, but defining “quality” non-conference teams would be hard to do months in advance. Look how much teams rise and fall in the rankings during the course of the season. Florida State was ranked #3 in the nation in the pre-season rankings, and they finished 6-6 this year. Were they a “quality team” when they lost to Alabama in their first game, but not when they limped into their eighth game with a 2-5 record?
Bama lost by 12 points to Auburn, playing their worst game of the season. That is not getting creamed. Their own mistakes lost them the game. Put the game on Alabama home field and no way they lose it.
Clemson beat #4 Auburn earlier in the season and is wiping the floor with #7 Miami right now. It’s hard to make the case that they are not a top NCAA team as this season comes to a close.
So your logic is they lost to a team that has 3 losses while not even winning your division??

Georgia hurried the Auburn QB relentlessly and he hardly completed any passes in the last 2 quarters. At that point, AU was toast.
Gee guys, if you played the damn games outdoors on natural turf you wouldn’t have these problems.
It’s probably now at the point that even if Ohio State holds on, it’s not going to be enough for them to get in.
This is a fake Championship. Until they take the Big 5 Champions and add 3 more at large champions it is just an ESPN scam.

Well my Troy Trojans won a share of the Sun Belt.
Troy won 5 straight Sun Belt Championships then in Larry Blakeney’s last years we fell to bottom dwellers.
It does look like Neal Brown is the real deal coach. At least ten wins this year.
