These internet/cable companies these days are HUGE. There is little chance of THE ENTIRE NETWORK for them going down. Perhaps just an outage in certain area(s).

Could be an issue. DownDetector is saying possible problems at Spectrum. A few hundred issue reports every hour. Looks like East Coast and Dallas-area have the most issues at the moment.

OK here in SW Colorado. It might help if you identify your location.

It might be a net neutrality protest.
Time Warner is run by idiots regardless of current name.

Meaning - it isn’t DOWN for you? I’ve been having trouble with it but also trouble with my computer so I don’t know which comes first...Very slow and I get messages of “long running script” trying to get on their website. Long running script on Spectrum????? I’m in Metro Atlanta. Don’t want to dismantle a desk top to get to the computer buy but I may have to. I called them yesterday and they say there’s no problem in the area...Any ideas?

    *around 100 an hour
I have to admit though... Comcast looks about the same. So that may not be a good site for checking on ISPs. Works well for websites though.

just call their 800 number and if there isn’t a report, get a live person and report the outage - it may be just you. or you could just drive to your local Spectum store ...
