These internet/cable companies these days are HUGE. There is little chance of THE ENTIRE NETWORK for them going down. Perhaps just an outage in certain area(s).

Could be an issue. DownDetector is saying possible problems at Spectrum. A few hundred issue reports every hour. Looks like East Coast and Dallas-area have the most issues at the moment.

I have to admit though... Comcast looks about the same. So that may not be a good site for checking on ISPs. Works well for websites though.
