Not an MD, but is this not a symptom of high blood pressure? Also this time of year in and out of heated / unheated areas, swings in temp and humidity can effect some people and the result is nosebleeds. Humidifiers are a must for those of us in colder climates...

Her own hair is dull, dry, nappy, and short..she wears hair pieces and extensions..
Most all African/Americans, if they really are African, wear wigs, and pieces, and extensions...Moochell wore them 99% of the time....easy to detect, as they are smooth, shiny, glossy and no blacks have that type of hair, naturally..so it is FAKE.
The youngest Obama kid, had a lot of chemical damage on her hair/scalp.. recall her wearing a fake bun on top of her head, and suddenly she is sporting long, flowing, shinny black hair...no way possible folks.. even Prince Harry's girlfriend who is mixed race wears hair extensions..SO THEY ARE FAKES AND FRAUDS..
