That picture would be even better if it were cross-eyed and the booger was moving in and out of her nose like as if she were breathing it back and forth.
With the free online Gif maker program I use I can only choose between what they have available there. There are about 12 choices for any photo you upload. I don’t have Photoshop or anything like that.
