Gender fluidity in style is no longer a thing for only women, but men too. Thom Browne, an American designer seems to think men should embrace the trend too and rock a few pieces borrowed from the girls. His spring summer collection presented at the ongoing Mens fashion week had a slew of dress shirts, tunics, maxi dresses and skirts all worn with pointy toe heels.

One of my all-time favorite quotes from an old boss of mine, who was having a discussion with an effeminate, gay worker we had.
Please read with a DEEP Texas accent.
"I don't care what you do on your own time, but so long as you're working here, you gonna look like a man, you're gonna talk like a man, and you're gonna act like a man."
Good thing that was 30 years ago!

I guess the skirts for men make it easier at the gay bar

I can see why these models are all scowling. If I had to wear that dreck in public, I’d be pretty surly too!

Men don’t wear this stuff because men don’t wear this stuff. It has nothing to do with designers. The man bag, the man tights, the platform shoes have all come and gone quickly. Men just don’t want anything unless its comfortable. A tie is about the only exception I can think of.
Most men will always revert back to simple and comfortable.

I’m beginning to think they are doing this to make us older folks leave this earth sooner rather than later. For me it’s working. Oy vey as my Jewish friends would say. 8>).

Fashion designers have been pushing this nonsense for years. I think they do it just to trigger the rest of us so they can giggle at us during their wine and cheese parties.
No man will ever wear this clothing out in public and they all know it. They are just getting a rise out of us!
