Uranium One (FBI) informant sued (DoJ) to recoup more than $700K lost in bribes
The Washington Times ^ | Thursday, November 16, 2017 | Andrea Noble

A FBI informant who gave the government information about a Russian bribery plot implicated in the sale of U.S. uranium rights tried unsuccessfully last year to recover upwards of $700,000 in bribes he said he was authorized to pay as part of the FBI investigation. William D. Campbell has emerged now as the key figure in a congressional probe into Russia’s 2010 purchase of U.S. uranium rights and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s role in approving the deal.

Ms. Toensing told Fox that her client could offer details about what Russian officials “were saying during the time about how they were spending money.”

“The FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice authorized the Plaintiffs to participate in the kickback and extortion scheme so that they could start documenting Mikerin’s activities in the U.S., as well as others involved in illegal activity,” the lawsuit states. “Thereafter, Campbell served as an informant for the FBI and kept the FBI abreast of the Defendants’ kickback and extortion demands and his interactions with the Defendants.” According to the complaint he went on to wear a wire to video recorded meetings with the defendants and continued to meet with them at the FBI’s request even after his contract with Tenex had ended.

Mr. Campbell’s lawsuit states that he suffered business losses as a result of the extortion scheme and after the criminal charges against Mikerin were announced in 2014. He sought punitive damages as a result of the losses and extortion scheme.

So the DoJ is still holding over a half million dollars of this whistleblower's own personal money they promised to repay, and the sale of uranium to Russia STILL went through. Before this is over, the Sessions' DoJ will probably file charges against this guy instead of anyone who helped the deal go through.

Close to 3/4’s of a million. If heads do not roll as a result of this, then I think it’s, game, set, match and bye bye to Miss American Pie for good.

And put a gag order on him.

Nice summary. Conspiracy theorists might even suggest they gave him cancer too. That may be a bit much, but like I said, based on how corrupt this all appears, they're surely not through targeting him yet either.

Please remember, all:

There wasn’t only just one crooked Uranium One deal with Russia, and involving the Ukraine.

There were others, not to be overlooked:

Clinton Foundation Caught Straight-Up Lying To New York Times Reporter
Daily Caller | April 23, 2015 | Alex Griswold

Posted on 4/24/2015, 12:55:08 AM by grundle

The video can be seen at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cbOe90AUmU

In a preview of Fox News’ upcoming special on the allegations that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton traded political favors for donations to the Clinton Foundation, The New York Times reporter Jo Becker revealed that the Clintons straight-up lied to her about whether Bill Clinton had attended a key meeting.

One of the revelations in the Times piece is that Bill Clinton played a key role in the insuring acquisition of key uranium mines from the Kazakh state-owned uranium mining company Kazatomprom to Canadian millionaire Frank Giustra. After the transaction, Giustra gave over $30 million to the Clinton Foundation.

But when Becker asked for details about a meeting between the three men, the Clintons denied it ever happened. “When I first contacted both the Clinton Foundation, Mr. Clinton’s spokesman and Mr. Giustra they denied any such meeting ever took place,” she told Fox News.

“But then when we told them, well, we already talked to the head of Kazatomprom who not only told us all about the meeting, but actually has a picture has a picture of him and Bill at the home in Chappaqua that he proudly displayed on his office wall, they then acknowledged that yes, the meeting had taken place.”

Who in Sam Hill would believe that the gov would reimbures money you spent on their sting/investigation?

First, someone who could afford it. Second, someone who really wanted to do the right thing.

The better question, assuming his claim is true, is why did the FBI not bring the whole scheme to justice, since they had proof of $700K in bribes? Then they could have seized some accounts, and possibly recovered at least some of it. Instead, it looks like they (probably someone at the top) tried to cover it all up, and put a gag order on this guy.

there is huge consternation in the swamp tonight. Apparently DOJ swamp creatures lied to Reuters about this guy not having evidence and he does in spades according to Sarah and John on Hannity and they act like it is already in their possession. This great whistle blower has videos and tapes of russians talking about Hillery. I say buckle in for this one. Sessions must resign immediately along with McCabe and Rosenstien. This is becoming an historic crime scandle that pales watergate which was nothing.

Whoever leaked his name to the press needs to be prosecuted. Watch him die in his sleep tonight, like Scalia. The media will say, well he had cancer and I guess it finally took his life.

Hopefully he lives long enough to get the documents & tapes out into the public. John Solomon at The Hill who has been at the forefront of breaking this story, along with Sara Carter at Circa, told Hannity tonight, next week he will be releasing the information.

If Sessions doesn’t appoint a SC at that point, we must all pressure Trump and demand Sessions be replaced, along with Rosenstein, and McCabe

Here is one of the stories that breaks down the start of the Uranium One deal.

“And they said that those investors connected with the Clintons who were working in Kazakhstan have problems. Until Kazakhstan solved those problems, there would be no meeting, and all manner of measures would be taken.”

Per the corruption that runs this country one of two things is more than likely to happen before this guy gets a chance to testify; either he will not live long enough or a major false flag event will happen that puts DC on hold until the deep state hit squad can kill this guy.

Louie Gohmert ripped Sessions a new one the other day in the House Judiciary Committee:

https://www.newyorker.com/news/amy-davidson-sorkin/its-all-connected-jeff-sessions-roy-moore-and-a-new-russia-investigation

“It seems like, to me, you got mistreated a little bit,” Representative Louie Gohmert, of Texas, began.

Then he asked Sessions whether, in deciding earlier this year to recuse himself—presumably, this was a reference to Sessions’s recusal from the investigation into Russian interference with the 2016 election, though one never knows with Gohmert—he had consulted with his deputy, Rod Rosenstein. Sessions seemed unsure of how much he should say about internal deliberations, and also of where Gohmert was heading. Gohmert interrupted to read a string of e-mail addresses, at least one ending in .ru, and brandished a filing in a 2015 case involving money laundering and an executive at a Russian-state-linked, uranium-exporting company called Tenex. One of the names on the document, filed in a federal court in Maryland, was that of Rosenstein, who was then a U.S. attorney in that state. “So you were not aware that Rosenstein had had this prior dealing with Russian uranium before you recused yourself, had you?” As Sessions tried to get Gohmert to clarify, the congressman continued, “You were not aware of the Mueller-Comey investigation into Russian uranium, were you, before you recused yourself?”

“Nuh—ah,” Sessions began, with a nervous laugh, “I don’t think so.” Then he brightened, and said more definitely, “No, I was not, of course, I wasn’t in the Department of Justice.” Gohmert’s point seemed to be that Sessions had somehow been tricked into the recusal. “It sure stinks to high heaven, and it doesn’t appear to me they ought to be involved in investigating,” Gohmert said, as, at last, his time expired. Sessions, before the next questioner began, took a moment to try to sort all that out...

Whoever leaked his name to the press needs to be prosecuted.

Absolutely, they put his life at stake, from a variety of threats. Thankfully he seems to be a man of means and can therefore afford his own security.

next week he will be releasing the information. If Sessions doesn’t appoint a SC at that point, we must all pressure Trump and demand Sessions be replaced, along with Rosenstein, and McCabe.

It's past time, not just for the uranium transfers to Russia, but the new report from Soloman that McCabe was blocking anyone from working on the other Clinton investigations except for a few top level fixers.

I have long held that the crime and corruption is so deep and wide in D.C. that there is no way in hell they will dare to let an investigation into Hillary or anything surrounding her begin.

I think there must be meetings going on around the clock with politicians and bureaucrats from across the board who are trying to figure out how to get out of this mess that they let get started.

When you think of how far from the original investigation they have gone in order to bring charges against Manafort for possible tax dodging 13 years ago you can easily imagine how many people associated with the Clintons and the DNC could go to jail if a special prosecutor is given a blank check to explore their lives.

It's no stretch to think that everyone in DC who is not vulnerable to prosecution knows someone who is.

Lives are literally at stake here.

The order to eliminate witnesses and investigators is not far fetched at all.

We have lost presidents. It would be foolish to think there will not be an effort to stop all of this from going forward. Especially in light of all of the people who don’t survive going against the Clintons.

Hopefully it has already been done, but whatever records or proof exist, it needs to be duplicated several times over, and be prepositioned and mass blasted in the event the FBI investigator and his lawyer are terminally stopped.

Sessions is a good and honorable person . But he is feckless as AG and needs to go. Trump know this but remembers his campaign loyalty. sessions was the only senator to endorse and Trump honors that. but push is coming to shove after a year of this nothingness.

Thanks for posting. I didn’t catch that part of the hearing. However, I do recall from Sessions, words to the effect that Rod Rosenstein was an upright district attorney, and is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being Sessions has ever known.
