I don’t think it’s just me. Tiffany is the most impressive of the two daughters. She appreciates her advantages in life. Rather than use them to be a lime-light celebrity, she chose to get an incredible education. She seems to be a respectful, accomplished, humble young lady.
Tiffany is in Law School, while Ivanka is working full time for the Administration - that is why Ivanka is going to India.
Also, Ivanka was a hit with the Indian-American community on the campaign trail, so this trip is also an investment toward the next campaign.

This all sounds pretty dumb. Tiffany is still a student and is probably better off not receiving constant mentions and attention from the president and higher profile family members. Leave her alone and let her be a student until she graduates and enters some profession.
