Not Americans. Virginians and New Jerseyans. Virginia has become utterly dominated by the swamp, as the DC metro area not only dominates Virginia demographically, but has become fiercely partisan.

During the Reagan-Bush years, NOVA (as the area is called) was quite conservative. During the 90s, Arlington was liberal, but Fairfax County — the bulk of NOVA — was conservative, until 2004 of all years. Today, Fairfax County is as liberal as any major metro area’s inner city, and more fiercely partisan. And the outlying counties (Prince William and Loudoun) have become huge and dominated by Stalinists and illegal aliens who vote.
