I thought it was a loose nut between the terminal and the keyboard or maybe a ID-10T error.

I recall doing OC48 transfers in the wee hours of night and always keeping my fingers crossed.

OK, I see something. Local (NE Oregon) grocery stores were all screwed up. They had 3x the usual checkers on hand because the checkout computers were screwing up. Guy in front of me was having his goods run through 3 times before the cashier and customer accepted the results. I went to a different line and my 2 items valued at $5 each came up as $31.95. I was in the Few Items line and the cashier, who had been dealing with this all day, said how about 2 for $5?

I noticed it too. Ran Xfinity’s speed check and got 238Mb/s but everything was still sloooowww.

Level 3 has been having a hard time lately.
Either someone really smart has it out for them or their network is falling apart due to age.
I don't know which yet.

A lot of the time it was a keyboard interface issue.
Sometimes it was an ID 10 T error.
Every great once in a while it was actually an IT issue.
