Special Counsel Robert Mueller Leaking Like A Sieve, Conduct Disturbs Legal Experts
People's Pundit Daily ^ | Nov 5, 2017 | PPD Staff

Legal experts are becoming increasingly concerned over the professional conduct of Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team...

Last week, Paul Manafort and his former business associate and protégé Rick Gates were told to surrender to federal authorities, making them the first to be charged by Special Counsel Mueller and his team. The indictments, which were leaked by the special counsel to CNN the Friday before, were secured and unsealed in a manner that raises questions over whether the special counsel was trying to divert attention from several damning reports...

Only days before the indictment, it was revealed the campaign for Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) paid for the infamous debunked Steele dossier. The discredited opposition research not only appears to have been used by the FBI as justification to spy on Trump campaign associates, but also was the catalyst for accusations of collusion.

Reports also implicated the Justice Department (DOJ) and the FBI under Mr. Mueller in a scheme to coverup potential crimes resulting from the controversial Uranium One deal. the FBI uncovered a massive bribery, corruption and racketeering scheme before the Obama Administration approved a nuclear deal that put 20% of U.S. uranium resources under the control of Moscow.

The Trump DOJ cleared a confidential informant for the FBI, lifting an unprecedented non-disclosure agreement. He will now be allowed to testify before Congress about what he witnessed undercover surrounding Russia’s efforts to corner the global uranium market. The witness has long-wanted to tell the American people about his knowledge of the corruption, but was gagged by the Obama Administration.

Senator Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, called for another special counsel to investigate the controversial Obama-Clinton era deal, particularly given Mr. Mueller’s role in the cover up of the investigation...

The indictment was most likely rushed because they were coming up against statutes of limitation

Then those charges shouldn't have even been included. Meanwhile your post sounds like you're still more interested in defending Mueller than the expert analysis in the article. We can each have our own side. Let's just be clear about it.

Every day that Mueller is on the job is another good day for our side. Either he will leave in disgrace finding nothing or he will (as I predict) do his job and will return numerous indictments and charges against the Clintons, Comey, et al.

Can you name a single non-Clinton loyalist lawyer he has on staff for this investigation? Because he’s hired lawyers with *direct* ties to the Clinton Foundation or those who paid thousands to the Hillary campaign. You think they’re going to look for crimes on the part of Clinton?

You can't be serious. LOL. It's a prosecutor's job to include those charges if he knows he has a case and he's running out of time to file the charges.

I'm not "defending" Mueller at all. I don't spend much time worrying about him at all, and I think most people here would be wise to do the same until he comes out with something of substance that actually matters to us.

A SWAT team raid of Trump's campaign namager's house shouldn't matter to us? Mueller using a rat with a wire to secretly tape Trump associates shouldn't matter to us? New leaks saying Flynn is about to be indicted don't matter? The press and Democrats using those and other related things to make the case for impeachment shouldn't worry us?

Get real. Just because you are perfectly fine with it all doesn't mean actual Trump supporters are perfectly fine with it all. And if it's all so ok with you, why are you even in this thread?

Do Manafort and Flynn deserve to be indicted? I would think that's the first thing any intelligent, objective person should be asking himself.

Am I missing something here?

PPD was one of three pollsters that accurately identified Trump wasgoing to win the Presidency.

PPD is a reliable source!

I will admit the theory about Mueller working to help Trump is highly unconventional, but LS is an excellent source whose insights I weigh heavily.

A lot of legal people think no, not if the whole basis of the witch hunt on Trump is a phony Russian dossier and a crooked FBI director. And not if it's an unequal administration of the law, as this so far appears to be. Apparently you're just fine with Trump person after Trump person going down, so long as it's not Trump himself.

But based on your lack of concern for Trump's people, one has to question how much you actually even care for Trump himself. You are quite comfortable with him twisting in the media wind right now, you've admitted. And I don't like making this the least but personal, but thevlack of reason in your posts is where the discussion is naturally going. Sorry about that.

The pro-Clinton lawyers do not bother me. Neither do the Never Trumpers who made up that phony story about the Russian dossier. In fact, nothing the leftists and haters do will worry me about President Trump.

What Mueller is doing is little better than the antics of Hillary, Mad Maxine and the Cowboy Hat thing from Florida.

Leave them alone. They are only harming themselves.

I don’t understand why FReepers are so scared of Mueller. It’s as if they are afraid Mueller is right.

And Trump really is guilty.

LS is alive and kicking on Free Republic.

Not that I've seen, since his prediction that Tony Podesta was going be indicted the same day as Manafort fell through.

This would be a great thread for him to come out of retirement though, to explain why his previous secret source PPD that was supposedly telling him that Mueller is working for Trump is now coming down on him like a ton of bricks. If LS holds true to form, he'll say that this is just further proof that Mueller is about to indict Hillary, whenever articles questioning Muelller are written by anyone in the media.

I have always hoped he was right, but his sudden departure didn't speak well for his claims. And without him here, we just have to guess.

I don’t understand why FReepers are so scared of Mueller. It’s as if they are afraid Mueller is right.

It's a healthy dose of respect, for any special prosecutor, who has an unlimited budget, who has stacked their staff with Clinton and Obama cronies, who has no oversight except for what may be a partner in a previous crime, who has the media fully behind him, who has already issued indictments over 10 year old things that have nothing to do with the campaign, who has very possibly already had people wearing a wire in Trump meetings, while there are already articles of impeachment that have been drawn up and submitted before Congress.

If all that is absolutely nothing to worry about, why are you even on this thread? Because you feel the need to insist that no one else is allowed to worry about it, either?

Perhaps I’m on this thread to laugh at people who think Trump is guilty and Hillary, Mad Maxine, the Cowboy hat thing from Florida and Robert Mueller are right.

If Trump wanted Mueller gone, he could have done it. He could have had Sessions or Rosenstein fire Muller. Trump could have committed his own “Saturday Night Massacre” and suffered Nixonian type consequences.

Is that what you want to happen here?

Not me. I’m with Trump here as I disagree with you and agree with Trump: Leave Mueller alone.

The theory that Mueller had turned against the deep state, was just deep state miss direction. Remember how GWB was going to counter the no WMD in Iraq claims any day now. Then he came out and stated it was a lie. Funny stuff. Israel destroyed their nuclear reactor. Desert Storm was preceded by bombing all known Iraqi WMD facilities. And the UN spent close to 10 years destroying WMD components. Then the laughable lie that helped Obama get elected.

GE you bring good things to life and this board, however, I must counter your argument that the Manafort indictment in any way tainted President Trump. The indictments are long before his working briefly for the Trump campaign. Manafort is hardly one to be concerned over as he has been associated with Democrats far more than with Republicans.

Papafopolous is an even lesser player in the Trump campaign, and he is charged with lying to the FBI. Me thinks he may have been a plant associated with the opposition & Clinton. Even the professor he claims he was talking to says he is a liar.

Now if he had, or does indict General Flynn & his son, then we have someone who is more closely associated with Trump, and his crime, not registering as a foreign agent for a foreign government, would be troubling. Just because these crimes generally do not warrant a criminal charge.

While I certainly am not happy about there even being a special counsel looking into President Trump, I have faith in God. God picked Trump, and over extreme odds, guided him to become the Republican nominee. Then over an even larger hurdle, he defeated the crime syndicate know as the Democrat Party, and was elected as the 45th President of this great nation. I for one do not believe Mueller has the capability to override God's choice to lead this nation.

Everyone needs to take a deep breath and rely on God to make the pieces fall into place, and stop taking sides.

I know Alberta's Child is squarely on the side of Trump.

While Mueller sure seems like a bad guy, in fact I believe he is a swamp dog myself, I am confident he will fail in his attempts to bring down this President.

Thanks Robert. People that know me on this board know I’m tenacious, and go back to the days when many here had various handles that included the name Eagle in them, when an “Eagles Up!” Ping would result in us coming down to pounce any outsider who showed up to attack our side and site unfairly.

Times have definitely changed, but I still don’t take well to what appears to be disinformation posted by what appears to be Mueller sympathizers while our President is under attack. Mueller seems to have his own little cheering section here right now, when he’s very likely not only working to impeach our President, but was also potentially working to cover up the crime of the century, Uranium One, when Obama extended his term beyond the normal 10 year limit.

Also from what I’ve seen, the loose with the facts atmosphere of twitter and 4chan is moving into FR, and should be mostly blocked at the door. This site is famous for being where critical thinkers reside, or at least it used to be. Now I’m seeing posts admitting this Mueller is working for Trump theory may be all BS, but it’s still quote “fun” for them to live out their fantasies online.

I’m trying not to get personal, but logic doesn’t seem to be involved in the scoring of who’s right. Most importantly, as you said I do trust in God to sort it out in the end, but we do each have our own trials and tribulations along the way.

Thanks again and highest regards!
