THE FBI was passed information suggesting a US cop was JFKs real assassin, according to recently released files, feeding fears of further conspiracy theories. The internal document dated five months after the US presidents death details intelligence received from an informant. JFK was shot as he was driven through the streets of Dallas, Texas. It claims officer JD Tippit who was killed by Lee Harvey Oswald around 45 minutes after Kennedys assassination was the real trigger man, not Oswald. Oswald was fingered for the killing but was himself shot dead by mafia-linked nightclub owner Jack Ruby while in police custody.

Perhaps they were set to meet up after? There were witnesses to Tippitt’s killing.
Was Tippit the “Badgeman” referenced in many conspiracy books? Interesting twist. I wonder when the first description of Oswald was issued over police radio? Oswald was seen by a police officer who cleared the depository, in a lunch room. He obviously didn’t arouse suspicion then.
Badgeman.
Also Tippit was not assigned to patrol the Oak Cliff area that day. Why was he out of his district and he just happens to run into Oswald at that corner? Bizarre.
So was Tippit, Oswald’s second target of the day?
Looks like the “grassy knoll” is at an acoustic focal point due to a curved building nearby. Sonic crack from Oswald’s bullets passing would be concentrated to a point there, sounding to witnesses like someone was shooting from that location. Just an acoustic illusion.
Oak Cliff is only across the Trinity River Bottom from the Dallas area where Kennedy was shot perhaps to 3 miles at the most
Tippy was Always a mystery...till now.
“BADGE MAN!”
Two to three miles maximum.
Thanks for the info.
Triple hearsay that some Communists “suggested” the Oswald might “possibly” be a person Tippet met at Ruby’s nightclub.
Useless malarkey.
Somebody has a picture of Tippet aiming a rifle?
Holding a rifle?
Being anywhere near a rifle?
This bullet is a physical impossibility and their lone gunman theory requires that it be possible.
If one part of your theory is disproved the theory is wrong.
Earl Warren was wrong about so many things.
“Also Tippit was not assigned to patrol the Oak Cliff area that day. Why was he out of his district”
Not saying one thing or the other about this claim. BUT, if you think its odd for a cop to be out of his assigned district...you might want to have a conversation with a police Sergeant some day for a few laughs.
