Bill O'Reilly 'mad at God' over sexual misconduct allegations

Doubtful. You know the contract between BOR and Lis Weihl or whomever doesn’t come right out and state “here’s $32 million in exchance for keeping your mouth shut about BOR sexually harrasing you which he never did”. To threaten someone for money in exchange for silence is extortion, so of course no one did that, which means the contract is probably based on “performance bonuses” or “consulting fees”, something that you’d learn nothing about the nature of the alleged abuse from. The whole deal is based on an “understanding” that the silence would be maintained.

Now O’Reilly is pissed because he tried to buy someone and they didn’t stay bought. Or that someone else found out about it, which leads to the same end result.

Bill's present and prior relationship with God is one which is clearly strained.

His upbringing and his life's practice of what he passes off as his religious faith has had less to do with "God, The Father," who, through Jesus Christ has done all to redeem mankind, and more to do with "The Godfather," that is "I (supposedly) did this for You, so whaddya gonna do for me? I paid you off by dropping coin in the plate, now leave me alone until I think I need you. Well I think I need you now so where the hell are are you anyway?"

Bill's a too proud man who's got a lot to learn about God, the Creator of the Universe and the giver of the Natural Law that holds it all together, and that God's not just Bill's cosmic vending machine, or some organ grinder's monkey that he calls on to get him out of trouble he created for himself.

I have to ask - what’s the role of good, humble, respectful people in this country, particularly the media?

If BOR, Weinstein, Bill Clinton, etc... were humble, respectful men, they probably would NOT have gained the responsibility, wealth and power they enjoyed. Being an arrogant jerk DOES get you to the top.

Of course, their urges and egos did ultimately gravely hurt their reputations, but the lesson seems obvious - nice guys do finish last.

Don't always agree with Bill O Reilly, but I have watched him from time to time, especially liked the Miller Time segments. But there may be something to some of those accusations. It seems like he's falling off the deep end. For his own good, he should read and reread Isaiah 45. Remember Mr. O' Reilly, like the rest of us

Jesus reminds us throughout the scriptures, not to expect a life free of troubles (especially those self-inflicted wounds) when we follow Him.

The Father did not spare His own Son, so our walk will not be free of trouble.

Jesus tells us that if we choose Him as our Savior, we are to “take up our cross and follow” Him!

Sorry Bill but you need to become acquainted with the Savior and Redeemer, your load will be lighter.
