Miami at Baltimore 8:25 pm CBS M&T Bank Stadium The Nevermores are soooo bad. They have managed one offensive touchdown in the last two games. It would be an overstatement to say the offense is pathetic - they have no offense. The Dolphins meanwhile are resurgent, even with Matt Moore at QB. The Phish will squish the Birds. Dolphins.

Minnesota at Cleveland 9:30 am NFLN Twickenham Stadium Another London game?! This seems to be a weekly event now. It won't make any difference to the Browns. Vikings.
Atlanta at N.Y. Jets 1:00 pm FOX MetLife Stadium No other team has fallen as fast and as far as the Falcons this season. They do however catch a small break this week in meeting the Jets. Falcons will rebound - a little. Falcons.
Carolina at Tampa Bay 1:00 pm FOX Raymond James Stadium These two teams are absolutely confounding. Panthers laid an egg against the Bears; Bucs did the same against ... I don't remember but they lost. Still, I don't think Carolina is that bad. Panthers.
Chicago at New Orleans 1:00 pm FOX Mercedes-Benz Superdome Bears have undergone a minor rebirth - they've won two in a row! The Saints however are scoring in bunches - wish I had Brees on my fantasy team - and at home? Yeah, Saints.
Indianapolis at Cincinnati 1:00 pm CBS Paul Brown Stadium The Colts are another team in disarray. The Bengals are not as bad as their record indicates. Bengals.
L.A. Chargers at New England 1:00 pm CBS Gillette Stadium Don't look now but the Chargers have won three in a row. As a reward they get the Pats at Foxboro. The win streak comes to an end. Patriots.
Oakland at Buffalo 1:00 pm CBS New Era Field Oakland righted the ship against the Chiefs last week (okay, they had a lot of help at the end, but they put themselves in that position). But I still have my doubts. I have doubts about the Bills too, but my doubts about the Silver-and-Black override my doubts about the Bills. Bills.
San Francisco at Philadelphia 1:00 pm FOX Lincoln Financial Field The Niners played their worst game of the season against the 'Boys last week. And while the Eagles suffered a couple of significant injuries in the game against the Redskins, they will overcome those. Eagles.
Houston at Seattle 4:05 pm CBS CenturyLink Field Sea-Hags have not exactly been overwhelming but they have been winning. Texans have been putting up a lot of points but not necessarily wins. And now a tough test playing Seattle in Seattle. Hmmm.... Upset of the week here: Texans!
Dallas at Washington 4:25 pm FOX FedEx Field Cowboys and Ezekiel Elliott showed some real life last week. Okay, it was just the Niners but still they put up forty points. Redskins... well, their struggles will continue. Cowboys.
Pittsburgh at Detroit 8:30 pm NBC Ford FieldThe Kneelers seem to be hitting their stride. Despite the distraction that is Martavius Bryant and a potent Detroit offense, they roll again this week. Steelers.

Denver at Kansas City 8:30 pm ESPN Arrowhead Stadium Three weeks ago the Broncos looked like the class of the AFC. Same could be said of the Chiefs. But the Broncos were EMBARASSED by the Chargers last week, and let the previously winless Giants manhandle them at home before that. Chiefs had some problems too, but that game against Oakland was a toss-up not an ass whooping'. They'll rebound this week. Chiefs.
And in college ball this week ...
Penn State beat Ohio State as Barkley runs wild
and
In your upset special Georgia Tech beats Clemson!*
*: Syracuse beat 'em, so Tech can too!
Last call for Thursday pick
Without Cutler the Dolphins splash the Ravens out of the sky, Victory to Miami.
With Carson Wentz as their quarterback ya can’t call the Eagles Godless anymore. He’ll have them at Bible study before he is done.
Miami [X] at Baltimore - Without Cutler, Miami has some life. B’more just doesn’t look good.
Minnesota [X] at Cleveland - The Browns look terrible.
Atlanta [X] at N.Y. Jets - Jets blew the game last week. I think they can do it again this week.
Carolina at Tampa Bay [X] - I think TB gets it done over Scam’s cats.
Chicago at New Orleans [X] - I don’t think the Bears pull the upset this week.
Indianapolis at Cincinnati [X] - Someone has to win. Going with the home team.
L.A. Chargers at New England [X] - LAC’s streak of wins comes to an end.
Oakland at Buffalo [X] - Home edge to the Bills.
San Francisco at Philadelphia [X] - Not expecting a dysfunctional 0-7 team to beat a 6-1 team.
Houston [X] at Seattle - I hope Watson can keep the 12th man quiet.
Dallas [X] at Washington - The ‘Skins looked pathetic last week.
Pittsburgh [X] at Detroit - Could be a close game, but if the Steelers offense is clicking, I don’t think the Lions have a chance.
Denver at Kansas City [X] - After a WR push-off cost them the game on Thursday, I think KC recovers this week.
I like your college picks. The game in Columbus will be one to watch this weekend.
Who cares? These anti-American losers should disband their league of wealthy ingrates.
Two words, Big.
Jay
Cutler
It isn’t that the Dolphins don’t have quality players because they do with Ajayi and Landry. My guess was that the QB situation was still not solid, and that the defense of Baltimore was more than a match. I didn’t consider that Flacco would get creamed, and that the replacement would be on fire. I sure as hell NEVER expected 40-0.
I tell ya, Fen-- What these guys don't realize... is the power of cold hard cash. Works every time!
It certainly does... and sometimes, even better than sex!
Yes, Yes, YES... YEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
Hey, I did say... sometimes!

Penn State blows an 18 point lead, considers changing their name from Nittany Lions to Nittany Falcons.
How did they lose that game? At one point they were up 28 - 3.... No offense and no defense in the second half of the fourth quarter. It’s tough to go in there and win - but Oklahoma did it. That being said, PSU let this one get away.
And now I’m watching Tech get manhandled by Clemson....
UGa is going tone Number 2....
And hopefully by tomorrow Florida will have a new coach.
McElwain is gone it's just a question of when. Would FLA go with an interim coach the rest of the way? Or wait till season's end before firing him and making a permanent hire?
