P.S. Spiritually, I don't agree with this post that Christ does not have power over or sway in the entertainment industry; and I do not personally believe "backwards masking" has any power over a person because free will choice requires conscious consent.
Though if people are really doing this in their music, then they certainly believe it has a spiritual purpose.

Me neither, really. But I saw this sketch from SNL that really puts in to perspective the real problem which is that pop music has replaced reverence for God as our shared religion.
It’s called a Thanksgiving Miracle and it’s about a squabbling family that all react to an Adele song in a way that unites them and dissipates any animosity and engenders love among them.
It’s weird, but true in this secular age the new worship is of pop stars.
