The force is strong with Monday Night Football.
The official trailer for "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" will debut during halftime of Monday's matchup between the Bears and Vikings at Soldier Field, Lucasfilm announced Sunday.

I have been a Star Wars fan since the first movie came out, but this won’t make me tune into an NFL game. Especially with the rumors I have heard that a Star Wars character will “come out of the closet.” Aye yay yay, it is getting harder all the time to find entertainment that hasn’t succumbed to “political correctness.”

The essence is...they’re hoping and praying (to whatever God they worship) that Star Wars fans will watch the game to see that trailer. And...they’ll likely show it near the end of the game.

I don’t have ESpeeN or any other cable satellite nonsense at my house. Have not suffered through Monday night fool ball since they went to ESpeeN.

Sorry,I don't watch the NFL and I'm not interested in any but the first three Star Wars films which I bought long ago on bluray...and just might buy again if they're released in 4K.
