He may have transferred money to the Philippines because that was where his girlfriend was finally located. A guy thinking of ending it all in this twisted way might still send $ to his girl friend if he still loves her or feels responsible for her.

I listened to the first 5-6 audio reports on the LVPD scanner. Within the first minute a cop reported the gunfire was coming the Mandalay Bay Hotel, half way up. The knocked out windows and smoke alarm activation would have confirmed and pinpointed the exact room.
It’s a long time before SWAT storms that hotel room.
What you here there are multiple echoes coming off of various structures in the area. The change in loudness occurs when he switches back and forth between windows and gun mounts. These windows were not on the same plain. And the gun would be angled differently also. But one can definitely conclude that he intended for people to think it was multiple shooters. A lot of planning here.

Is it him? Is Steve Paddock actually Stephen Paddock? Well, admittedly, Paddock lived and worked in Melbourne Florida (20 min from NASA) during the time of the documentation. So it very well could be the same Steve. Or, since he lived in the backyard of NASA and worked for Lockheed Martin for a time, he could very well own a NASA shirt.
The facial match is more important than the NASA T-shirt, but it is consistent that a Lockheed Martin former NASA contract guy would wear a NASA shirt.
