Is it him? Is Steve Paddock actually Stephen Paddock? Well, admittedly, Paddock lived and worked in Melbourne Florida (20 min from NASA) during the time of the documentation. So it very well could be the same Steve. Or, since he lived in the backyard of NASA and worked for Lockheed Martin for a time, he could very well own a NASA shirt.
The facial match is more important than the NASA T-shirt, but it is consistent that a Lockheed Martin former NASA contract guy would wear a NASA shirt.
