I agree. From the reports I saw this morning, he booked a room overlooking the event, he had multiple weapons, and set up cameras so he would know when the police were closing in on him. This was not someone who just "snapped", and suddenly picked up a gun and started shooting. He put a lot of planning into this.

Agreed. Considering the concert right outside the hotel, I bet the rooms booked up quickly and he chose last night because of the event going on.

He obviously researched and planned this whole mass murder, but my best guess is that if his brother is right, he didn’t live with him, or the shooter kept a lot secret.

Exactly, this is not a “snapped” situation. Checked in 3 days ago, hundreds of rounds (heavy!), 10 rifles, surveillance cameras set up, 2 shooting platforms? C’mon saying “snapped” is code for COVER UP!
