I agree. From the reports I saw this morning, he booked a room overlooking the event, he had multiple weapons, and set up cameras so he would know when the police were closing in on him. This was not someone who just "snapped", and suddenly picked up a gun and started shooting. He put a lot of planning into this.
The was VERY well planned and executed. This was no “snap.” No doubt there is a political component to come out.
