Roger Goodell of NFL just put out a statement trying to justify the total disrespect certain players show to our country.Tell them to stand!
I understand. My husband worked for a large corporation.
But, regarding this:
(I watched many such confused ex-employees from the 4th story windows over the years)
Although I think throwing problem employees out a window could be effective it probably didn't help morale.

I really feel for the good guys that are going to be harmed by the few. Matthew Stafford is a conservative and his wife recently went off on those so-called players that are taking a knee during the National Anthem.

I swore of the NFL last year, and now I’m swearing off their advertisers as well.
I refuse to turn on a game to see who is advertising
It will be a real sport when the diversity hires are mandated or is it “persondated”.....

As posted on another thread, Jerry Jones love him or hate him is a pro-US guy. His players know not to take a knee or he WILL fire them.
Goodell has now gone war with Mr. Jones. Only an idiot would not be able to see how that ends. Hint: Jones wins.
