In addition to all of that, Mueller did it as a calculated signal to anyone who might think to work with Trump on anything in the future: that they would be targets for abuse. They want to isolate Trump completely, in every way possible.
No mention in the article all of these prosecutors are biased Hilary supporters.

Mueller is not operating within his governing statute and should be reprimanded to his lawful scope. Otherwise he needs to state the specific crime under review and make his case, as is required by law.
