According to Anderson police, the homeowner returned home from work and found a package on his porch had been opened. After walking in, the man saw a sandwich with a bite taken out of it on the kitchen counter. He later noticed women’s clothing scattered on the floor of the bathroom and signs that someone had taken a shower.
The man then made his way to his bedroom and found Watkins in his bed, police said. He woke her up and called the police.

A few weeks ago, I suggested a hypothesis that California weirdo stories are like Florida weirdo stories, only with nudity. My hypothesis has been repeatedly confirmed since then.

Please don’t take this too lightly. Remember, it’s California. This possible landmark case could set a precedence for years to come. The sandwich may be part of it. But she obviously used soap and, possibly, shampoo, during the shower. This may be a first for this as these items are stolen out of hotel rooms by the thousands. It will be known as the People vs. The Sweet Smelling Watkins. (And probably the first time she was sweet smelling for years by her appearance)

We only know that it did not work this time. But how many times did it work before?? Think about it...
I am going to guess this lady is on the streets but was brought up well. Either she is bipolar or a drug adict or both. She slept outside or at a bus station or something. She may have been a prostitute, so she was willing to pay back the man for the food and bed with the only thing she had.
The fact that she craved the shower and clean bed means she is used to being clean. And the fact that she made a sandwich and ate only part before going to bed means that the shower and sleep were more important.
Its very sad. She probably cleans up very well. She is a natural blond. OK looking, but there is a big mess in that head. And given her willingness to trade sex for a good night sleep she is likely diseased as well. Too, sad, its like the end of “Ann Karenina” or Steven Crane’s “Maggie”.

Kidding aside...a lot of these young girls would actually be attractive were it not for the ravages of meth.
Not earth-shakingly beautiful, but not maggot-retchingly ugly, either, as most of the meth heads appear to be.

I was thinking bath salts, it always seem to result in the abuser getting naked.
Meth is speed, a stimulant, it kills the appetite and keeps you awake.
Looks like DOB is Aug 21, 1984 (ne: Weaver, Contra Costa County). I’m guessing a 2 week birthday bender left her dazed and confuzed. Anderson has massive outlets shopping center.
