I HATE it when that happens!

I found out about it like everyone else, when I read it in the paper.
No one is more flabbergasted than me, I assure you.

Very sad. I should be glad my wife doesn’t use this kind of cold medicine.

Didn’t he know that Twinkies we’re back in production? He could have used the tried and true defense.

I used to use NyQuil so I could get to sleep when I suffered through a cold until about ten years ago when I woke up the next morning after using it I had an abnormal case of agitated anger. It was of the seething variety. It scared the crap out of me. There is something in that medication that did not sit right with me. And I have never used it again.
Don't know if this guy had the same reaction as I did, but I did want to choke someone.

I’m sure Mr. Phelps will be accorded the same deference and respect that has been offered to Officer Mohamed Noor of Minneapolis.
About whom virtually nothing has been heard since July 27th, according to Google.

This “Aspiring Pastor” sounds very much like some “Aspiring Rappers.”

I hope the sharp scientists and investigators on Forensic Files take this guy down.

The nighttime, sniffling, sneezing, coughing, stabbing, aching, fever, best sleep with a cold medicine.

Sorry, but there is no “cold medicine” defense. The law cannot look into his mind and see if he’s sincere. If he’s a pastor, he’ll have a discussion with God one day.
I vote to convict.

I’ll wait for the toxicology report. Place your bets:
- it wasn’t Coricidin
- it was Corcidin plus some other drug(s), maybe legal, maybe illegal
- “more than I should have” = entire bottle

He is going to blame Tylenol mixed with the 1st gen antihistamine chlorpheniramine? He should have gone for the “Ambien Defense” I hear that stuff can give you pretty impressive sleepwalking/delusions!
