The infamous Mr. Pepperballs shot in the groin after the Phoenix Trump rally is in a lot of trouble. After failing to disperse and leave the area as ordered by the police, he was part of a group of protesters that started throwing rocks, water bottles and at least one pepper bomb at the police. The police launched a tear gas canister in his direction, and he tried to kick it back at the police.
He's been charged with one misdemeanor count of unlawful assembly and three felony counts of aggravated assault. The minimum he could be charged with is a class 5 or 6 felony. If convicted, he could be sentenced for 3 to 7.5 years.

The penalty range for each count is at least 1 to 2.5 years, and he’s charged with 3 counts. Unless the police decide they want to drop or reduce the charges, this guy is going to face jail time.
His crimes are recorded on video, he’s lily white and the Phoenix Police Chief is a black female. He can’t play the minority victim card here. Hopefully his employer—Godaddy— will be firing him soon. His actions and behavior are on video—he was in the middle of the street, wearing a gas mask and acting aggressively. He’s busted and screwed, this is not going to end well for him.
